Kevin Gibbins joined Brian Barry-Murphy's backroom staff as Head of Performance in July 2025.

With previous experience gained at Rochdale and Wigan Athletic, Gibbins worked with the Cardiff City Head Coach at the Dale between 2019 and 2021.
